Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and approval: Partner participation is subject to approval and may be suspended or terminated for misuse, fraud or breach of these terms.
2. Referral attribution: Referrals are tracked using the programme's referral link/QR code and the configured attribution window.
3. Commission: Commission is calculated only on eligible bookings according to the commission rules and percentages configured by Billy's Car Wash partner support.
4. Cancellations and refunds: Commission may be cancelled, reversed or withheld where a booking is cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, unpaid or otherwise ineligible.
5. Payouts: Payouts are made to the bank details supplied through the Partner Account. Partners are responsible for keeping payout details accurate.
6. Tax: Partners are responsible for their own tax, accounting and reporting obligations.
7. Marketing and brand use: Partners may use approved referral links, QR codes and supplied marketing materials but must not make misleading claims or misuse the business's branding.
8. Self-referrals and abuse: Artificial, duplicate, fraudulent or manipulated referrals are prohibited.
9. Privacy: Personal and payout information is used to administer the partner programme and payments.
10. Changes: The programme owner may update these terms, commission rates, eligibility rules or programme availability. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
